Comfortable Stay with Fantastic Downtown Views

Enjoyed a five-night stay in a spacious King Room with stunning views of downtown. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially Malik at the front desk. Don't miss the delicious breakfast offerings in the restaurant, though be prepared for extra charges!

    breakfast buffet
    outdoor heated swimming pool
    valet parking issues

The breakfast buffet was awesome, and I really enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool and the sun loungers for some perfect relaxation. Even though they had a few hiccups with the valet parking wait times, it didn’t take away from my great experience overall. I’d suggest checking it out if you’re looking for a nice getaway! 😄

    friendly staff
    great location
    true texas hospitality
    loud night noise

Had a great time with friends exploring the River Walk and grabbing some delicious food nearby. The staff were super friendly and made our stay feel special, showing true Texas hospitality. Just a heads up, the breakfast could be better, but overall we loved our trip!

We had some trouble with noise, especially music from nearby bars, which made it hard to sleep a few nights. If you're a light sleeper, request a quieter room to avoid the commotion.

great location but a few issues

The location is excellent, with attractions just steps away! The King Room was spacious, and we loved the comfortable bed.

However, the bathroom could use some updates.

The contemporary decor was lovely, and the lobby was bright and inviting, making things easier for my family. Everything felt accessible, including the restaurant and pool area, making it a comfortable stay for everyone.

Quieter room options for restful sleep would help.

    rooftop pool
    updated amenities
    temperature control
    persistent noise

The rooftop pool offers a decent view of the area while providing a refreshing spot to relax after a long day of exploring. Rooms feature updated amenities that add to the comfort of the stay, including efficient temperature control for those sensitive to heat or cold.

The first night, music from a nearby bar made it difficult to catch some Z's, and those on the street-facing side complained of traffic noise. I requested a room away from elevators but still ended up near them, dealing with some persistent 'dinging' from the elevator. The housekeeping situation was less than stellar. my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay after I made a request, which felt disappointing. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was on the fritz, making it hard to get decent online work done.

The location was ideal for exploring the River Walk and nearby restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the local culture. I particularly liked the cook-to-order breakfast, which started my day off right. The staff were attentive and provided good service throughout my stay, though there were some communication gaps with valet parking. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few hiccups in service.

I enjoyed the location of the place, close to the River Walk and the Alamo. The staff provided helpful suggestions on what to explore in the area. I appreciated the cook-to-order breakfast, which gave me a good start to my day. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked well. As someone from Rome, I found the Texas hospitality welcoming.

I faced some delays at check-in due to a slow system. It would have been helpful to receive more information about the amenities during the check-in process.

    delicious breakfast
    perfect location
    friendly valet crew
    high valet fees
    housekeeping hiccup

Mornin' breakfasts were a feast, thanks to Jeremy's charm! The location is sweet, just a hop to the Riverwalk and some killer local joints like Paesano's. Can't forget the friendly vibe from the valet crew, making our grand entrance feel special.

A heads-up about the valet fees would've been nice, adding an unexpected $42 a day to my tab. Plus, we had a minor hiccup with housekeeping on sheet changes. must've been a busy day!
